Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Strategist to join a brand new social team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective content strategies for all of this agencies clients. This is a newly created role and you will be working closely with the Head of Social to support all clients in the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing content strategies that align with clients' overall business goals and objectives

• Collaborating with the Head of Social and cross-functional teams to create and execute content plans

• Identifying and analyzing key metrics to measure the success of content campaigns and make data-driven decisions

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into content strategies

• Managing and mentoring junior team members

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Strategist, with a background in agency or similar environment

• Strong understanding of all social media platforms and their respective audiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in mentoring and leading a team is a plus
