The Role

The Candidate

He/she must have at least 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in an agency or content publishing house, knowledge of 3–4 creative disciplines to produce ATL, BTL and digital work under minimal supervision. As Copywriter, you will play an active hands-on role in key projects. Working closely with other players in the creative, ops and account servicing team, you will steer client and agency jobs toward the best creative outcome, and owning it. This role reports into the Sr Creative Director.


  • Work closely with designers and planners to produce innovative campaigns and make ideas come to life

  • Write persuasively to move the audience, whether advertising headlines, brand stories, creative preambles, video scripts, brochures, SEM ads or SEO-optimised blog articles

  • Ensure consistency in style, format and voice throughout ATL, BTL and online communications for brands and campaigns

  • Wield your inner Sherlock and research intuitively and resourcefully to enrich creative insights

  • Keep yourself updated on content trends and advertising guidelines


  • Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office and project management software like Teamgantt or Teams

  • An arresting portfolio of ATL, BTL and online writing, showcasing versatility in style

  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, English or Journalism

  • Proven project management skills

  • A monkey brain brimming with too much ideas, matched by a left brain that can critically organise them into thoughts

  • Ability to have fun but can also hunker down and get shit done

  • Other table stakes, like team player, communication skills, self-starter, time management, etc.
