Country Manager - AdTech Global Business:

Salary competitive with market rates (Circa £200K OTE + equity).

The opportunity:

I'm partnered with a dynamic global AdTech business who are looking for an ambitious Country Manager for a crucial, exciting and challenging leadership role.

  • As CM, you're responsible for the success of all revenue streams, which includes involvement in the hiring processes for key roles, evangelizing the product and it's solutions, in addition to being the face of the UK business both internally and externally , building a “one market” vision across all internal teams (of which there are a few given their diverse product range) and extend the voice of business in the UK. Exhaustive online / commerce understanding is required to contribute to product development.

  • You'll partner at the top level with clients, prospects & agencies to consolidate market positioning, revenue and multiproduct strategy. You're responsible for implementing structure, sales diligence, and business processes to ensure professionalism and discipline to deliver optimal results maximising profitability, ROI and enhancing the development of the business in the UK with the aim of being the biggest European Market.

  • They are now going through a period of transformation and have heavily invested in product innovation to provide omnichannel marketing/advertising solutions for their clients. Some of these products include innovations in First Party data, Contextual Advertising, Video/CTV solutions too.

  • They've accumulated first-in-class data on online commerce behaviour which allows them to understand online shopper's identities and tendencies. They have this data for over 2.5 Billion users which is rather unbelievable. They can combine this with sophisticated AI to deliver complex targeting for brands advertising campaigns to deliver outstanding results. They would argue they have the leading/best product in this space, which is hard to argue with on the face of it as any brand engaged in online commerce, will want access to this shopper data!
