My client is a leading Video and Multi-platform advertising technology company. Based out of San Franciso, they have been leading the world of Video for over 13 years. BY empowering agencies and brands to purchase advertising and audiences across platforms, the Self Service vendor offers 100% Viewability and transparency.

You will have the unique opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. Account Managers collaborate daily with the world's major interactive ad agencies and direct advertisers, helping them achieve their marketing objectives. Working across a few key verticals, Account Managers also contribute directly to the Video Vendor's bottom line by collaborating to grow advertiser account budgets over time. The Account Manager role offers an interesting and challenging combination of using leading-edge technology and data analysis to develop verticalized strategies while interacting with clients.

Offering a video solution in advertising is generally challenged with poor visibility or ad fraud. My client solution is guaranteeing against that, without trying to promise the world. Programmatic Solution can be a tough sell but a lot of the growth in the company has come from long term agency/advertiser partnerships.

In this role you will:

  • Manage, nurture, and inspire a dynamic and empowered team

  • Lead the global CSM team to the problem to solve and resolve project challenges using a “yes, if” approach to complex or resource-intensive requests

  • Build an environment where people are encouraged to take risks and develop innovative, best-in-class creative solutions

  • Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate, and monitor all team members

  • Assemble the right project team to deliver upon an initiative’s scope and specs

  • Own management, training, and development of your team of creative strategy managers

  • Establish reports and documentation to keep clients and agency informed on the project, studio and portfolio budget tracking, deliverable progress, and issue tracking

  • Lead the creative development process, providing a clear vision and driving conceptual thinking and strategy from conception to completion

  • Lead efforts to create, refine, and enforce design best practices and procedures

  • Analyze and prioritize business activities and needs, while establishing attainable deadlines

  • Resolve business-related issues and escalates larger business issues and risk as needed

  • The document, manage and ensure efficient workflows within the department

  • Verify outputs meet specifications and uphold quality standards of internal/external clients

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure creative execution aligns with strategy, analytics, and client brand

Ideal Candidate

  • 7-10 years of demonstrated growth and experience on client or agency creative and/or account services team; bachelors or graduate degree preferred but not required

  • Deep experience working closely with account and creative teams on a global scale

  • Ad tech experience background

  • A strong understanding of what makes a stellar creative ad unit from a user flow, aesthetics and performance standpoint Proactive and innovative and ready to take on any challenge that comes along.

  • The ability to think critically

  • The ability to pivot quickly and think on your feet in an ever-changing environment

  • Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations

  • Able to establish trust and credibility with daily delivery teams, as well as C-suite client stakeholders

  • Experience leading and developing a team of 10+, including the development of first-line managers

  • Ability to communicate to various audiences and persuade; including strong email and verbal communication skills

  • Strong industry network and the ability to develop relationships across all areas of our business, from individual contributor up to C-suite
