My client is seeking a creative leader who is going to be front and centre of ideation, pitches and creativity when it comes to responding to RFPs.

My client has a very unique proposition in the wellness space – it’s a platform for wellness, creativity and self-expression designed to create positive engagement and conversation with Gen Z and Millennial audiences and make them feel empowered through various content strands and initiatives.

As Creative leader in the business, the role has the following personal requirements:

• 10 + years experience working at a creative agency, media owner or publisher

• A creative visionary who is plugged into the latest Gen Z youth-trends and subcultures to power their creative thinking

• A deep understanding of how youth brands can add value to Gen Z and Millennial audiences

• Extensive knowledge of the likes of TikTok, Instagram, Snap, YouTube and Influencers and the trends and creativity that these touch points bring

• Cutting-edge best in class in thinking when it comes to creative ideation and delivering creative concepts brands wish to a part of

• Passionate or at least showing an interest in wellness and mental health

• Having the leadership, technical skills and expertise to lead and mentor a multi-disciplined creative and delivery team

• Championing creativity based on solid-gold audience insights and underpinning ideas through a data-driven approach

• Collaborative in spirit, able to take people on the journey with you

• Help lead the creation compelling visually exciting pitch documentation crystalising the creative concepts for brands

• Internal and external gravitas – team management experience is mandatory
