Client Success Team Lead – AdTech
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 + commission
London – Hybrid working model
This client is hiring for a Client Success Lead to work in their central London team and manage the relationships with their key accounts.They’re leaders in the contextual advertising space.
You would manage a team of 5 people, whilst also looking after one key account.
· Manage the UK Client Success team, and looking after their individual progression
· Partner with the Director of Client Success to drive company initiatives
· Key point of contacts for UK accounts
· Upskill the team with a view of making everyone slightly more commercially driven
· Regular calls with agencies and gathering feedback on campaign performance
· Campaign reviews, PCAs and QBRs.
· Experience in the digital sector managing relationships with UK clients
· Experience in managing and growing a team
· Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem
· Brilliant account management experience
· You have a track record of going above and beyond, providing amazing client service and account management.
