​My client is a fully programmatic, data driven DSP that's rapidly growing all around the world, and increasing their revenue year on year. They help brands get better conversions and leads through providing actionable insights, and predicting how well a campaign will perform. This, combined with the support of an experienced digital experts, helps their clients create relevant, responsive and effective media spend strategies.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth of their Sales activities in the Singapore and South-East Asia, and your day to day taskswill involve:

  • Preparation of meetings and sales Proposals/Pushes for a gold Advertisers’ portfolio

  • Creation of industrialisable material to trigger additional business (gain, retain, upsell)

  • Undergo market analysis and competitive intelligence research

  • Vertical approach: understanding customer issues and defining key KPIs

  • Monitoring and analysis of campaigns as part of key advertisers’ portfolio

  • Management of rebooking & upsell directly with the clients

  • Troubleshooting, in collaboration with the BI, Adops and Support teams

  • Participation in workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients

  • Creation of best cases & best practices

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • University-level studies or equivalent

  • Strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, communication

  • You have strong knowledge of marketing, brand issues

  • You are able to work as a team member and in parallel on different cases

  • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analytical skills

  • You have already held a similar position in an advertising or media agency
