Work closely with clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and upsell platform use
Be the first port of call for any issues that arise for your clients and ensure they are thoroughly taken care of
Collaborate with other teams to ensure client onboarding is efficient and smooth
Share relevant information and market knowledge with sales team
Build long lasting and deep relationships with clients and upsell opportunities
Strong track record of managing and growing client relationships in a revenue driven environment
Experience working in an in-app, mobile marketing or performance marketing business
Experience working in an autonomous environment where you have used your own initiative
Strong track record of collaboration across teams to solve problems and strategize
Onboarded clients and overseen successful campaigns
