They have offices in Asia, Israel and here in the US and are looking at growing their team by adding a Customer Success Manager.
They are looking for someone who can manage a client portfolio to cultivate business growth and client satisfaction. They manage hundreds of millions in ad spend for clients in gaming, consumer, fin-tech and other verticals.
As an Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:
Manage a client portfolio to cultivate business growth and client satisfaction.
Create and execute business development plans that results in near and long term revenue growth.
Working closely with the Sales and Ad Operations team you will ensure onboarding of new clients is done as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
You will support on client business reviews and be the go to person to communicate internally any issues and concerns raised by your clients.
To qualify for this role you must have:
Proven experience in mobile marketing, retargeting and/or in app strategy initiatives or SaaS
Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative and revenue driven environment
Exceptional communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
