Client Success Manager – Programmatic Agency
Salary - £45,000
My client help brands & agencies to deliver their programmatic offering.Sitting at the cutting edge of programmatic advertising, they use the latest tools & methods to deliver effective campaigns across all channels.
This role is to develop client relationships and to understand key client challenges.You will then help to provide strategic programmatic solutions that deliver client successes.
· Help clients to achieve their media expectations and goals programmatically
· Create additional value for client.Focus on growing revenue from key accounts accounts by delivering exceptional account management.
· Build strong relationships with direct client and agencies alike.
· Partner closely with the sales team
· Be the key point of contact for key accounts and manage communication internally between sales and operations
· Writing campaign commentary and giving clients weekly updates
· Being the lead on client calls
· Experience in managing relationships the digital media landscape to agencies and brands
· Knowledge of programmatic platforms whether it be from a programmatic buying or planning background.
· A history of managing key accounts and delivering a great customer experience.
· Ambitious, outgoing & personable
· Ability to analyse, simplify and present data back to stakeholders with confidence
· Ability to demonstrating what the meaning of data means and we can act based upon it
· Minimum of 2 years of experience within Digital Media/Programmatic
· Excellent account, project management and problem-solving skills
· Exceptional client servicing capacity
· Ability to pre-empt issues and be pro-active in producing solutions
· Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
· Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
· A high degree of numeracy and literacy are essential
