Our client is an omnichannel ad-fraud technology business and they’re hiring for a Customer Success Manager to look after their key accounts in London.

They predominately work with advertisers directly and have won recent awards for their technology. They provide the tech to help advertisers maximise and improve their marketing spend.


This role has been created due to growth within the business and are looking for someone passionate about AdTech and client services.


The Role

·       Being a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for their key clients. Ensuring clients are happy and educating clients on how to best use the technology. Also advising them on any product improvements and offerings.

·       Build trust and true partnerships with key accounts

·       Have regular consultations with the customers to help understand their needs and objectives.

·       Take on customer feedback and pass on information to the product team to help design new features

·       Identify opportunities to upsell & cross sell to existing customers

·       Be passionate about customer success and always creating new ways to partner with your clients in improved ways



·       Experience in a customer facing, client services or customer success role. Ideally managing a product or SaaS platform

·       Track record of managing customers and looking after existing clients

·       A background and interest in the digital advertising ecosystem

·       A knowledge of Ad Operations, Ad trafficking and account manager is preferred

·       Strong project management and problem-solving skills
