Client Success Manager - Leading Advertising Tech Start Up:

Salary - circa £42K + bonus /commission paid quarterly (£62K package in total)

There's an amazing new role available at an AdTech business built for the future with AI tech designed to transform the media buying process. They are a potential next 'unicorn' business in the world of Advertising Tech, addressing an obvious need in the industry with world beating and highly unique tech.

They are an automated tech layer that supports DSP's and ensures that campaigns can be optimised for excellent results. They remove the need for manual optimisation which can save time and drive improved results.

  • They've done superbly well commercially during the last couple of years and are now looking for a motivated and Customer Success Manager hire to support the onboarding of new clients, to lead training sessions, FAQ's and lead impact review sessions which display the ROI of the product to help ensure client's can maximise the product's capabilities when using the tech to drive excellent results and ensure they have very happy customers.

  • They are well backed financially, with a very strong product and more rounds of funding lined up and huge growth potential, it appears now is the perfect time to jump on board.

  • They've built a AI tech that automates costly and complex manual processes and generates strong ROI on programmatic advertising campaigns for their clients. They have strong case studies, are getting market traction and have already been nominated for several media awards.

Who are you?

  • Professional experience (2 to 5 years) in programmatic or customer success/account manager team

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills

  • Highly efficient at managing their own time while being sensitive to your customer’s needs

  • Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset

  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic and DSP's, preferably from a trading background or campaign management technical background
