Customer Success / Account Manager – Advertising Sales Team, high-growth social media App
£50K - £56K base + bonus + benefits
I’m working with one of the hottest high-growth social media apps from San Francisco. We are looking to bring in three Customer Success Account Managers due to the company being in a high-growth mode and winning multiple new business campaigns from different brands such as RBS, Vodafone, Dulux, eBay and British Gas to name a few.
We are seeking skilled Account Managers who can take ownership of the post-sale side and drive customer satisfaction and retention of client’s business as they seek to rebook.
The Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the deliver process co-ordinating efforts from Sales, Ad Operations, Research and other departments to ensure advertisers are guided through the implementation phase of their campaigns smoothly.
The duties of the Account Manager include:
Delivery of key campaign insights, stats and numbers in terms of campaign performance
Co-ordinating all aspects of the delivery phase of clients’ assets, liaising with sales, ad ops, and other departments to ensure smooth handling and comms with the client’s advertising agency partners
Drawing up PCAs and End of campaign reports, interpreting the findings and delivering recommendations
Delivering a high-level of customer service that delights customers, clients and agencies
Excellent and timely communications and co-ordination of client’s assets and deliverables
A high level of attention-to-detail and supremely organised
Optimise and tweak processes as required to deliver a great client experience
