Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
My client is an omnichannel advertising platform that has been on the acquisition trail recently. One of the products they own is a self-serve paid social tool and they’re looking for someone with paid social experience to move into a Customer Success role.
· Be the main point of contact for a patch of agency and client direct relationships
· Become a product expect and advise clients on how to be utilise the technology
· Regular customer meetings to consult clients on any product changes, feedback and insights gathered.
· Guide and train customers on how to use the platform
· Manage and schedule work activities to ensure client targets are achieved. Including post campaign reports and answering any client queries
· Experience within client services, training or consulting within the digital advertise ecosystem, ideally an agency, tech vendor or publisher.
· Good knowledge of Paid Social advertising
· Strong project management and planning skills with the ability to multitask
· Proven experience providing in-house and remote training
· Ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs
· Customer service experience
· Ability to manage clients and to make sure they are receiving the best customer services and hitting client KPIs
