THE OPPORTUNITY

They are currently on the hunt for a passionate Digital Account Manager to join their Media Connections team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the digital planning, buying, optimisation and reporting for a diverse group of clients, from auto to finance. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving digital planning & optimisation for your clients as part of an integrated connections approach.

  • Managing in full the digital planning, buying, account management and implementation for identified client accounts. This includes everything from presenting a recommendation to a client to trafficking creative & putting together insightful reporting on an ongoing basis.

  • Ensuring optimisation and reporting delivers on key objectives.

  • Educating staff and clients about the latest developments in digital media.

  • Working on new business pitches where required.

  • Managing the media bookings and supplier invoices for your clients including managing budget forecasting and account queries.

  • Managing one direct report - helping to mentor and contribute to the growth of the digital media executive as well as relevant interns.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Mandatory 2+ years media agency experience.

  • Solid digital media planning, buying, implementation and analytics experience.

  • Strong programmatic and search skills, however knowledge across all digital channels.

  • Experience with auto category preferred.

  • Strong applied experience across media tools including at minimum DoubleClick/Sizmek, AdWords, Facebook and Google Analytics.

  • Strong communication and account management skills.

  • A creative thinker who actively seeks solutions to problems.

  • Works well in a collaborative team environment.

  • Must be an AU citizen or have appropriate AU working visa.
