An Independent, full service advertising agency who work across Strategy, Creative, Media and Production based in beautiful offices in Pyrmont. They collaborate as one team unit to interpret briefs and provide the best solutions for their clients.

Established for over ten years, they approach projects with a holistic view, and majority of their clients are longer term relationships and then referrals; there is some pitching but due to their reputation in industry it isn't the main way they win clients. Working with clients across Automotive, Finance, Lifestyle, FMCG and Startups, they have a real mix so variation with this role is huge!

Currently sitting at around 40 people, the agency has a flat hierachy and everyones views and opinions are encouraged and welcomed. With a real family feel to the place, they do heaps of social and culture related activities together where everyone gets involved.

THE OPPORTUNITY

They're looking for a Digital Media Account Manager, and some of the responsibilities will be:

  • Driving digital planning & optimisation for your clients as part of an integrated connections approach.

  • Managing in full the digital planning, buying, account management and implementation for identified client accounts; ensuring optimisation and reporting delivers on key objectives.

  • Working on new business pitches where neccessary.

  • Managing the media bookings and supplier invoices for your clients including budget forecasting and account queries.

  • Managing one direct report - helping to mentor and contribute to the growth of the digital media executive as well as relevant interns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Solid media agency experience.

  • Digital media planning, buying, implementation and analytics experience.

  • Strong programmatic and search skills, however knowledge across all digital channels.

  • Experience with auto category preferred.

  • Strong applied experience across media tools including DoubleClick/Sizmek, AdWords, Facebook and Google Analytics.

  • Strong comms and AM skills.

  • Creative thinker who actively seeks solutions.

  • Works well in a collaborative environment.
