Digital Operations Marketing Manager

This role has quite a lot going on. It's Global. It requires good knowledge of acquisition media channels and it also needs someone who is comfortable with project managing & working with local/regional teams on every aspect of a campaign.
Alongside that, any experience in working with website teams (to help ensure landing pages align with campaigns/as well as actually creating the idea for these) will also be important.
75% of their marketing budget goes towards digital media and although it's b2b, it comes with two main points that might attract you.
1. It's a very good stepping stone to move out of the agency world and into a brand.
2. They are the actual budget holders & spenders (which I've also heard is increasing in 2022).
They're well known and they create global fintech solutions for businesses of every shape & size. I'd say they are best known for their consumer product, however their portfolio of business solutions are the money makers and where the marketing investment goes.
They've just been bought and are going through a transitional phase, which means more autonomy & less red tape in pushing decisions through!
What's needed in the role?
Experience sat in a central marketing role, where you're acting like a project management to make campaigns happen.
Knowledge & experience in working across digital media channels (PPC, Display, Social etc.)
Experience working with Web Developers to help create landing pages for campaign execution.
(not a deal breaker) Experience working multiple markets and coordinating campaigns & teams in different countries.
