Our client provides fully integrated solutions and expertise covering the full spectrum of marketing communications including creative, digital production, research & insights, strategy & planning, social media management, data & technology, media planning & buying, digital & programmatic and influencer marketing.

As Digital Performance Manager, you report directly into the GM and are responsible for leading the Digital Performance Team including search, social and programmatic digital campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, drive & develop campaign strategy for clients

  • Manage SEM campaigns, strategy and build

  • Lead all aspects of performance campaign planning, setup, optimisation & pacing

  • Deliver leadership in digital performance best practice

  • Manage overseas digital partnerships and contractors

  • Provide recommendations to key stakeholders on upcoming campaigns

  • Develop best in class processes for effective digital performance campaign delivery

  • Overall responsibility for campaign reporting to both client and management

  • Overall responsibility for campaign budgets and team costs

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Performance, SEM & Social, thorough knowledge of Search and all related technology and platforms.

In-depth knowledge of SEM/Adwords/TrueView & Facebook Paid Campaigns.

Understanding & knowledge of programmatic display & video highly preferred.

Advanced analytical skills including advanced Excel skills.

Ability to create rich insights from reports from both ad & analytical platforms

Time management skills with strong attention to detail

Google AdWords & Analytics certified.

A keen team worker with strong communication to all key stakeholder levels.
