Role - Digital Strategy Account Director

Location - London (Hybrid currently)

Salary - up to £52,000

One of London's most well renowned Media Agencies is looking for a Digital Account Director to run one of their largest relationships - a luxury beauty business with many household name brands under their portfolio.

This role will be a crucial position in delivering a new operating model for the aforementioned brand who has taken on a new strategic direction over the last year and are in need of someone capable of ensuring best-in-class delivery. If you're a digital planning manager or director who is looking for a role with one hand still invested in the planning process, but eager to learn and develop your strategy side, then this is definitely a position worth having a chat about.

With a unique opportunity to shape and develop the client, they're looking for someone who can bring fresh new ideas from an innovation and digital strategy perspective! Experience in building up a brand's image alongside delivering performance campaigns is essential for this position alongside the skillset to manage senior stakeholder conversations and to be able to educate clients about digital to a high level.

There's also an opportunity down the line with this role to be heavily involved in a brand building project for sustainability in beauty, which this business is delivering next year - it will have huge growth ambitions and you would be advising from a strategic standpoint!


  • Multiple years experience in a media agency in a planning/strategy/performance role

  • Experienced in managing a team of junior members, setting their KPIs and personal growth targets

  • Strong ability to have high level conversations with senior stakeholders, recommending and advising the latest products or strategies to deliver media

  • The ability to think outside the box and deliver strategic work effortlessly

  • Strong knowledge of media planning from a tools, platforms, and process perspective

  • Experienced in working on campaigns from a global perspective is a huge plus
