EMEA Director Of Brand Partnerships - CTV, AdTech Business:

Package - circa £110K-130K (£180-200K OTE including commission) + equity

The Opportunity:

A vital position is now available in a growing and ambitious AdTech business sitting in the Digital Advertising & CTV ecosystem with a strong offering.

  • The business are growing steadily in the UK & EMEA (originally starting out in the US) and are now looking for a senior commercial leader who can drum up business with Brands directly across EMEA, strategically targeting accounts likely to work with their awesome tech and then being commercially strategic enough to build a high functioning team around you when the time is right.

  • There are huge opportunities for them to work increasingly with brands, as they've already experienced great success working with Marketing Agencies and their brands in the UK & EMEA.

  • Their product uses rich 1st party data that they collect to inform and deliver digital activations which can target TV audiences on digital platforms effectively and programmatically, to deliver unparalleled targeting and reach for brands looking to target TV audiences.

  • They are able to amplify TV campaigns with digital targeting and are able to ensure that brands are front of mind across your digital devices, when consumers are engaging with relevant content on TV or even as they're watching the same campaigns on TV ad slots.

The role:

  • You will be the first person in EMEA focusing on Brand Direct sales and will be tasked with approaching brands and their marketing teams and unlocking budgets to help them deliver on their digital advertising objectives.

  • You'll need to have a hunter mentality, and always be seeking out opportunities to evangelise and educate brands about their capabilities for digital activations. Initially rolling up your sleeves and driving revenue, but longer term building out this side of the business and growing a high functioning team around you!

  • You'll be autonomous and allowed a lot of freedom to get things done but will require a proven track record of developing a client direct business pipeline and delivering against revenue targets in a similar environment.

  • You will come from a Digital Advertising background, and preferably a Data Tech / Digital TV or Video AdTech business.
