​Hivestack’s SSP is expanding rapidly on a global scale, and we are looking to add more team members to support its growth. While we have a ‘demand-side’ team signing on new advertisers/agencies/buyers onto Hivestack’s DSP, Hivestack’s ‘supply-side’ team needs to ensure Hivestack’s SSP has enough scale and diversity in order to meet campaign requirements.

This role will be tasked with initiating publisher conversations across South Korea, demonstrating the benefits and monetization opportunities the Hivestack SSP brings forth, and negotiating and closing publisher agreements. 


  • Work closely with the sales team to identify gaps in supply, then source and attract new publishers to achieve both impression scale and diversity of environments across the assigned territories.

  • Maintain and prioritize a queue of ongoing integrations and work closely with the Sales Team and Integration Specialist to ensure supply levels meet demand expectations.

  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with Hivestack’s supply-side client’s decision-makers.

  • Educate clients about programmatic trading, and communicate the value of Hivestack’s SSP by walking through detailed demonstrations of the platform.

  • Negotiate and close publisher agreements.

  • Intimately understand technical details of the entire onboarding process and guide publishers through the process.

  • Become a programmatic digital out-of-home marketing expert in the region, and represent Hivestack at industry events and webinars. 

Essential for the role:

  • Startup experience is useful

  • Experience in the out-of-home industry

  • Experience in programmatic marketing

  • Entrepreneurial approach to thinking and work


  • At least five years of experience in one or more of the following: digital agency, OOH, programmatic, online publisher

  • Ability to meet targets, deadlines and work under pressure, and as part of a global matrix system

  • Experience establishing long-standing, consultative client relationships

  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability

  • Knowledge of, and good relationships with, digital OOH suppliers across South Korea

  • Quickly understand and be able to train others on technical concepts such as ad-serving and real-time bidding.

  • Comfortable negotiating and managing complex business terms and contracts

  • Advance experience in building and delivering presentations

  • Commercially focused in everything you do

  • Fluency in English & Korean is required.
