This start up, based in San Diego, are looking to hire multiple roles during this ramp up stage with the Director of Engagement (User Acquisition) & Retention being a pivotal hire for them.
As a Director of Engagement & Retention you will lead their customer lifecycle marketing efforts, not only the strategy but also the tech that powers it! You will find innovative ways to nurture long standing relationships, improve engagement, retention and lifecycle value.
You will be instrumental in developing the strategy and overseeing the execution in ways they communicate to their customers across email, push, SMS and calls.
You will partner closely with internal teams including Analytics, Comms, Product, Marketing and UX to identify and understand key user segments, map and optimize the user journey at every stage.
You must be able to demonstrate you have the following experience: -
Experience driving user phase mapping and implementing customer lifecycle programs – IDEALLY in a Subscriptions based business.
Experience building marketing tech stack (s) with hands on understanding of Salesforce
Exceptional analytical skills: comfortable leveraging data to drive decisions
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
