My client is a global, Asia-based online platform and social media website, with one of the largest traffics of audience across US and Europe.
This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system along with assuming the role of project lead for the implementation of the company’s E-Commerce website.
Optimise assortment planning and execute effective strategies to streamline operations and logistics
Plan and coordinate sales and promotional activities across e-channels
Generate and analyse insights to improve sell through from pre-season buys to in-season trading
Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to ensure healthy stock levels
Oversee operations and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfilment
CRM management including customizations, optimizations, workflow and reporting.
Marketing automation administration- integrating with the CRM system, scheduling, marketing campaign management, email broad-casting.
Search engine optimization
Builds custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
Imports and exports data as required to synchronize back-end systems
Analyzes sales and marketing data, documents and reports to senior management on a regular basis
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Good understanding of consumer behaviour and trends
Proficient in formulating strategies to maximise business performance
Self-starter personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong fashion sense with good product knowledge a must
