​This is a role unlike any other. It’s the first of its kind for this media agency, for this client but also for this location. New York is the North American hub, and in some cases the global hub for many clients, however with this particular client (one of the biggest sports brands in the world) they’ve had their own agency team located near their global HQ on the west coast.  

They’re looking to add Global Operations Director to join this elite media team. This role requires an ambition to mobilize best practice, platform excellence and a global learning agenda.  

In addition, the role requires the ability to manage global partnerships; to push for innovation and ensure campaign activation is reflective of partner solutions on behalf of the client. 

This role places you at the heart of the action when it comes to data and operational excellence. You will need to have a vision for how to future proof the brand with regards to testing, tracking, measurement and general operations. You will need to be a connector of people, a collaborator and tenacious in your desire to do great work and with a positive attitude. 

You will be a world-class media agency professional, ideally with a record of success working on very innovative brands.
