I'm trilled to announce the arrival of another truly exciting role in AdTech for someone with deep relationships across GroupM, who has a solid grounding in AdTech commercial roles & someone who has a desire to work in a fast paced, and highly successful business with plans to be a dominant player in the Rich Media and AdTech ecosystem!

The business:

  • Do you want to represent the dominant force in the Rich Media ecosystem with a very sophisticated solution which is underpinned by Data, Creativity and strong understanding of Attention metrics?

  • They deliver programmatic Creative Ad formats which are by nature designed to attract people's attention and create/drive engagement with consumers and improve brands' performance on digital ad campaigns with strong ROI while simultaneously looking good!

  • They have a really solid product which intersects creativity, attention and results. It's been very well received by agency partners as they continually drive results while adding a creative element to digital advertising campaigns. They are now fully video capable too which is an exciting development too!

If you're working in AdTech and Sales then this is a role you should be super excited about as the product has a strong reputation in market, and through various mergers and acquisitions they are stronger than ever.

Here's the nitty gritty...

  • You'll be an experienced Seller/leader with responsibility for the leadership of a sales pod whilst simultaneously being actively out in market helping to grow overall business across GroupM Agencies.

  • You'll be comfortable leading & developing senior relationships / strategy across WPP agencies.

  • You therefore must come with very deep existing relationships across GroupM, inspiring management style and will embrace the need to get stuck in where necessary.

  • You'll also be an adaptable individual who can motivate their team, assist in door opening across the agency and you will help to define strategic approach in order to deliver on targets.

  • It's imperative that you have strong media sales experience ideally from a digital or tech business background

  • 6-8+ years media experience selling to agencies (ideally GroupM) would be the level of candidate required to be successful in the application.

How is the day to day structured?

  • Achieving UK GroupM Target– You'll be tasked with ensuring the business continues to develop and grow it’s relationship across GroupM driving the team to ensuring they exceed revenue targets.

  • Team Management– Managing & motivating the pod daily. Collaborating with their existing relationships and using your knowledge to assist with opening doors and better enable to team to succeed even further and flourish

  • Strategy Development- Collaborating with UK Commercial leader to define strategic approach across GroupM, actively implementing this across the team.

  • Relationship Development– Continue to nurture existing relationships and increase the profile of the business across the agency group and create opportunities for revenue growth whilst also focusing individually on cultivating new senior relationships.

  • Internal Collaboration– Work closely with wider business including operations, publisher development teams and marketing to ensure your team is performing efficiently with other internal teams. Ascertain honest client feedback, and use that to help shape how to better work with partners!
