Agency Group Head - Established AdTech Business:
Salary range: £65,000-75,000 + commission
I'm working with an awesome business in Digital Advertising, with a superb working culture who are also now leading the way with innovative new products, built around Data, Contextual Advertising and Video Advertising. They're looking for an experienced Agency Sales Group Head with a strong network across UK media agency groups and with a very strong understanding of the contemporary digital media ecosystem.
They've been digital advertising experts for 10+ years, with over 2600 global employees, and with experience working with over 20,000 Advertisers globally, they have a strong reputation across the digital ecosystem for their product's efficacy.
They have great heritage working with Advertisers directly. however they are now going through a period of transformation and are increasingly partnering with agencies. They believe some of their new products can add great value to marketers. They predict X3 growth in the next two years on this side of the business and are beginning to get good traction across EMEA.
They've accumulated first party data understanding and tracking online shopper behaviour allowing them to paint a picture of online shopper's identities and purchasing/browsing habits. They have collected this data for over 2.4 Billion users - which is rather unbelievable. They can combine this with sophisticated AI to deliver complex targeting for brands' advertising campaigns to deliver outstanding results. They would argue they have the best product in this space, which is hard to argue with on the face of it!
Any brand engaged in online commerce, will want access to this shopper data, especially as they can use this understanding of online shoppers to target consumers with contextually relevant video advertising across premium publisher environments. This can tangibly be linked to more sales and more revenue for their partners!
As an agency partner, you'll be in responsible for securing agency business and driving revenue across the an agency patch (based on your network and where they need to focus). Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio, you must be expertly effective in navigating all aspects of the sales process; from identifying potential clients, to understanding media buying, navigating the client/agency stakeholder relationships, and ultimately closing business.
Ideally, you'll be someone who's experienced in building up deep relationships within Agencies (display, Audio/Visual and biddable teams etc...) by being proactive, creative solutions orientated, consultative and having the right network.
