My client is a leading social mobile platform that's gaining a major following worldwide!

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and lead a regional team within the Monetization Integrity hubs in Asia;

  • Own the strategic and operational relationships internally and with external partners;

  • Define, launch and manage cross functional projects to ensure continued operational excellence;

  • Working closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations to understand the regional business environment and be the single point of contact for all monetization integrity related matters of the region;

  • Act as a regional escalation aligning with all stakeholders to respond to emergency cases and provide suitable follow-up reports (root cause analysis and action plan);

  • Drive Monetization Integrity programs to ensure applicable regional regulatory requirements are being met comprehensively;

  • Monitor industry developments, and maintain advanced knowledge of new and amendments to laws and regulations, and ensure processes are in place to keep the business updated on such developments.

 Skills/Requirements

  • Experience crafting internal Ads policies or implementing safety features/products;

  • Experience leading crisis management local government;

  • Eager to shape a new space within a rapidly growing and changing tech company;

  • Respect for other cultures and deep empathy for advertisers and users;

  • Experience growing teams from scratch;

  • 7+ years in Monetization Integrity or Monetization management leadership position in a top technology firm or equivalent;

  • Deep insights of product development workflows;

  • High comfort with data analysis, capable of in-depth interpretation and insights extraction.
