Exec Creative Director / Head of Creative Strategy and Brand – International Social Publisher

c.£100,000 - £150,000 base salary + bonus + benefits


My client is an international social publisher strong across Facebook, YouTube, Snap, TikTok and Instagram. Due to growth and a series of client wins, my client is looking to expand and bring in a visionary creative strategy leader to drive upscale conversations with brands in terms of winning and retaining their work through world class ideas and execution.


My client is a hybrid publishing brand but also has a creative agency arm with international retained relationships like Prada, Lavazza and Jeep. My client's offering is a combo of data-drive creativity via their AI and machine learning proprietary tech underpinning some exciting and innovative executions.


This is a leadership role in the business reporting straight into the CEO and will take control of a creative function in the business. A few things to note:


  • A proven body of work and case studies creating innovative work for blue-chip brands

  • Gravitas and presence – the ability to influence clients with great ideas via data, insight and research

  • Able to work in a matrix organisation – collaborating with internal inter-departmental stakeholders in all directions

  • The ability to nurture and develop internal talent

  • Occasional international travel is required from time to time between offices in Europe and sometimes the US
