Head of Customer Success

Salary - £80,000 to £100k,000 + OTE

Hybrid working – 2/3 days per week in London

This client is an AdTech business who are hiring for a Head of Customer Success for their UK team. You must have advance programmatic knowledge, with deep trading experience so ideally from a activation background.

The Role

Reporting in the UK MD, your role will be to lead the customer success team as they educate campaign managers and programmatic traders how to use and leverage their platform.

  • Building and defining a customer success strategy to ensure customers see value from using the platform

  • Establish them as a key partner of their customers

  • Detect upsell opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to help keep the sales funnel

  • Work closely with the other senior managers in the business

You

  • Experienced in programmatic activation and programmatic trading techniques

  • Deep knowledge of multiple DSPs, such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Xandr

  • Account management experience ideally with agencies or client leadership teams

  • Commercial mindset and strong customer success experience.

  • Experience in growing and managing a team.
