That stats about the platform speak huge volumes, helping millions of consumers make the right choices in an easy & simple environment. Now, the big question is why do they need this person and how does it fit into their next phase of growth?

Some would call them a start-up, some would say they are an established business. They've been on a journey and today they are looking to continue their consumer growth! The review's and the feedback show they are doing something right, and it's all about making sure new consumers know about the product but then also act on using it.

Fundamentally this role is about overseeing and managing the consumer marketing division, helping develop their acquisition and engagement strategy, as well as building the marketing infrastructure for future success of the team & company.

So what are we looking for and what does this role involve;

  • Proven experience in working for a growing start up or a b2b2c platform or product.

  • Excellent understanding of acquisition strategy and performance marketing channels.

  • Understand how to engage with current consumers and build a strategy on retention as well as acquisition.

  • Comfortable in a/b testing, and ready to continue trialling new channels & techniques.

  • Experience in managing a team (at least 3 people) with ambition to grow.

  • Previous budget management experience is crucial.
