We're supporting a High Education platform who are in the midst of a digital transformation and are looking for a senior level digital marketer who has experience in scaling teams from the ground up and crafting a global digital marketing strategy.

The brand in question create bespoke courses for students all over the world who are looking to enter highly recognised and respected universities, the prepare them for the next phase of their life.

They're a business who has seen significant growth, boasting offices across the world, with their HQ based here in the UK. At the point of arrival, the role will play an integral part in the digital transformation, helping them build a global digital marketing road-map.

I'd describe this as a role that can help shape the future of the business and a role that can help them restore the title as the market leader and leading partner for educational institutions around the world.

As much as this is a strategic role, it still needs someone who can roll up their sleeves and plug in, with the mentality of "getting stuff done! You must know how to optimise, but also maximise the digital marketing ROI and look at how to accelerate growth.

Consumers from all over the world use their platform as a way to enter higher education, with the demographic predominately being school leavers & students. So, having an understanding of what appeals to these consumers as well as the platforms and trends will be imperative.

An understanding of the full digital marketing/media mix as well as driving lead generation is highly important, and with that, building a robust marketing strategy.

Some of the requirements include;

  •  Experience of working in a matrix organisation

  • Management of all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, CRM, social media, etc.)

  •  Prior B2C & B2B marketing experience

  • Involvement in driving digital transformation within marketing.

  • Strong downward and upward management & leadership skills.
