So, what are we looking for? A highly strategic and experienced marketer, who can help continue driving growth amongst a portfolio of well-known toy and gaming titles within the UK. You'll adopt a team, specialising in key area's including Media Planning, Digital, Brand Management & Analytics.
It will be your job to inspire, lead and strategically pull together your resources to maintain their level as one of the leading brands within the industry. Now, as you can imagine, the area's I mentioned above are key elements of what this role will entail, but they do need someone who brings experience in media planning as well as agency management.
We're not saying you'll be writing the plans, but you'll look to oversee the development of the media strategy and monitor its progression through the 12 month FTC. There will be a significant budget that you'll need to manage, and disperse amongst the portfolio of products, which as you'd expects takes a certain level of leadership, conviction and insights in order to achieve this.
You'll work closely with the commercial leader within the business, maintaining the same ethos and strategy on reaching the targeted figures in place. So, the ability to think commercially is an important factor. The last piece of this puzzle is the direct manager of this opportunity, the Country Director and she comes from a marketing background, meaning she fully understands the importance of the output and strategy put in place by this person.
