I'm working with the CEO of a high-profile social publishing business who are making waves on TikTok, IG, YouTube, FB and Snapchat on creating original food and lifestyle content consumed by millennials and Gen Zers.
The company is growing exponentially and with the scale up mentality, comes the need for a seasoned Head of People and Culture to help build a positive nurturing high-performance culture built on the values of fairness, inclusivity and a collaborative accountable spirit to help the business grow to the next iteration in it’s journey.
