Head of Product
Salary - £75-85K + 20% bonus
A leader in Rich Media & AdTech is keen to add a VP of Product to the business to help design their product roadmap as they move from managed to self serve and increase their programmatic capabilities and ultimately grow with the business allowing them to continually push boundaries as market leader in their space!
They are experts in high impact digital advertising with strong media heritage, given they've worked with 2,100+ premium webpages across the world, and have formed strong working relationships with 250 publishers & well over 1,500+ leading brands.
The eye-catching, attention grabbing rich-media formats they create command attention with striking creative that effortlessly assimilates with each environment, where they serve ads.
UX is a key priority for them and they achieve a perfect balance between impact and experience, not disrupting the consumer experience, creating a positive engagement with consumers for advertisers.
Standardisation technology ensures every ad works faultlessly, no matter which platform, media or design, simplifying the process for brands and agencies who want to utilise their hugely memorable and ultra effective advertising opportunities.
They are international in scope, with 7+ offices in different territories.
Acting as a conduit between Senior Leadership, Commercial, Tech, Creative etc... the VP Product will understand the inner workings of the business and start to map out an 18 month product roadmap for their transformation from a managed service to a fully fledges self serve SAAS platform.
You'll be an internal stakeholder manager, able to knit together teams of differing backgrounds and ideas, into focusing on a singular product vision which will be effective and disruptive in the market.
You will define & communicate an executable product vision with a clear roadmap with milestones prioritised for commercial and operational impact
You'll be able to direct their impressive engineering & creative teams with a data driven culture of continuous improvement and constant innovation / development, all the while ensuring a culture of accountability and speed of thought/implementation.
You'll work closely with commercial leaders to brainstorm ideas and processes to enable you to define the company roadmap through thorough project scoping, analysis and collaborative prioritisation
You must have awareness of and be able to identify and understand competitive threats and opportunities within the digital ecosystem (and client partners) with a view to drive client adoption and revenue growth across the global markets
