About the Role:

As Senior Programmatic Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing our programmatic sales strategy across our network, fostering relationships with key clients. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth through programmatic advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored programmatic solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices.
  • Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets through effective strategies. Analyse data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborate on developing new programmatic offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Use this knowledge to inform decisions and adapt strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in programmatic sales, with 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience building a programmatic offering.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making skills.
