​Salary - £60,000 to £70,000 | 1-2 days per week in the office

Our client is a leading Programmatic Tech. The business has been experiencing phenomenal growth over the last two years and they’re now hiring a Head of Programmatic to lead their UK operations team.

They’re a Demand Side Platform (DSP) who have always had product innovation at the heart of the business. Consistently improving and developing their tech suite.

The Role

• Management and development of the UK operations team. Leadership and managing the career progression of your team

• Being the main point of contact for their self-serve clients.

• Helping clients to define their programmatic strategy

• Work closely with the UK Managing Director and Commercial Director for the UK strategy

Experience

• Experience as a programmatic buying specialist. Using multiple DSPs

• Experience of mentoring or managing programmatic traders / buyers

• Client facing and the ability to work in partnership with key clients

• Passion to keep up to date with the programmatic ecosystem
