One of my clients in the online publishing space is looking for a Head of Sales for their high performing Indonesia team!

Not only do their site hold the biggest online traffic in their vertical, the team in Indonesia is also one of the highest revenue generating teams across their sales activities in SEA. And if you're still not convinced, they're also currently in Series C funding!

As the Head of Sales, you will report into the Country Manager and also manage a team of 3 motivated young sales people. Your KPIs will include a team target, as well as your individual one, across all of their offerings such as branded content, events, programmatic, and social media marketing.

Some of the stuff you'll do:

  • Lead the sales team for the Indonesia market to ensure they meet the sales objectives

  • Forecasting and  projecting expected sales volume and profits across existing and new products

  • Establish and adjust selling prices for Indonesia market by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand

  • Bring in advertising revenue 

  • Understand and identify client advertising needs through account planning and profiling

  • Establish new client relationships and keep potential clients informed of our range of services

  • Monitor sales achievements and prepare weekly sales reports.
