​My client is an award-winning, fast-growing, and VC-backed SaaS company that helps brands to improve their website knowledge, become aware of their website’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to problems in real-time. They've recently announced Series C of USD55m with the vision of restoring the authenticity of the search.

After successfully launching in Europe and in the US, they are excited to expand their operations in Asia-Pacific. The region will keep leading global growth in the years to come and is uniquely positioned to support the new generation of customer-facing giants. 

The right sales leader has to be driven and purposeful to be a key part of my client's Asia founding team, help leverage great products, accelerate their expansion in the region and make an impact on the digital economy of Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Go-To-Market strategy for South East Asia and execute on these ambitious goals

  • Establish, build and nurture relationships with C-levels and decision-makers in South East Asia

  • Create and manage a high performing sales cycle, providing relevant and customised solutions for target clients throughout the entire sales pursuit process

  • Manage and understand the prospects’ decision-making process and organisational/stakeholder map.

  • Develop and manage an accurate, qualified pipeline aligned to business goals and objectives for effective forecast management

  • Help build, lead and develop a sales team. Lead by example by driving and closing deals directly and overachieving your personal revenue target

  • Develop and manage the evolving sales strategy with relevant and distinct collateral articulating the solution and product

  • Partner closely with Key Accounts and Marketing teams in Asia-Pacific

  • Be the voice of customers, feeding back to Product teams, to influence the global roadmap decisions

You must have:

  • 10+ years of solid experience in sales, including at least 3-5 years in new business SaaS sales

  • Proven ability to build & manage a small sales team

  • Successful track record of hitting ambitious sales targets

  • Entrepreneur mindset. Has enjoyed growing in both startup and larger SaaS venture environment and eager to accelerate our growth in the market

  • Extensive network with large corporations (B2B/B2C) in South East Asia

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities

  • Proven ability to present to enterprise leadership and C-suite, display gravitas and successfully engage with C-suite executives

  • Industry knowledge and expertise in Marketing tech, SEO, e-commerce or marketplaces a clear plus

  • Legal right to work in Singapore
