This role is perfect for a Sales Director who is currently looking to level up their career within the adtech industry. My client is one of the leading Adtech players in the APAC region, they are growing rapidly and they are searching for the next Head of Sales superstar.
Here's your chance to lead a team of sales professionals and manage day-to-day KPIs to ensure the team is ready to smash their targets. The right candidate should have at least a minimum of 8 years of experience with digital/adtech sales with 2+ years of managerial experience.

What you'll be doing
Manage and build strong relationships with our media agencies partners and direct advertisers.
Identify business expansion opportunities in new verticals/industries, analyse market potential and target new business of the highest value.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
Optimisation delivery based on KPIs'.
Intuitive ability to maximizing revenues opportunities from advertisers.
Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects.
Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns.
Direct, build and lead the sales team to revenue growth goals and KPIs.
What you'll need to have
Well-versed with ad tech ecosystem; experience in acquiring publishers a big plus.
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans.
Advantage: vast experience working in different media agencies.
Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking.
Proactive with a drive to constantly look for opportunities.
Excellent English – a must. (Oral & Written).
Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve issues.
Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies.
