​Head of Sales - AdTech Creative Mobile Business:

Package: Circa £80K + generous earning potential (commission etc)

Are you working in AdTech Sales, with some management experience, looking to move into a bigger role?

The role & context:

• I'm working with an AdTech business who are doing some really creative work with Brands and Agencies, underpinned by data that drives strong ROI on their digital campaigns.

• They are looking for a new Head of Sales to lead a small but high performing team and ideally want someone ambitious looking to step into a role with more responsibility who has strong relationships across Media Agencies.

• The business are doing very well in the UK & US, with a strong product and they are a fun place to work with quarterly trips away as a business to celebrate their success

Top Line Requirements:

• Min 5-6 years Media Sales experience, ideally with some management experience of 2-3 direct reports (min)

• Strong network across Tier 1 media agencies, with a solid black book of contacts you could reach out to and are ideally doing business with currently.

• Hunger and ambition to progress themselves and others and grow with the business in a fast moving scale up tech environment

• Ability to motivate and mentor high performing, more junior members of the sales team and lead by example.
