This regional position will be based in Singapore.

  • Manage and build strong relationships with our media agencies partners and direct advertisers.

  • Identify business expansion opportunities in new verticals/industries, analyse market potential and target new business of the highest value.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.

  • Optimisation delivery based on KPIs'. 

  • Intuitive ability to maximizing revenues opportunities from advertisers. 

  • Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects.

  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns.

  • Direct, build and lead the sales team to revenue growth goals and KPIs.


  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital/adtech sales with 2+ years of managerial experience.

  • Well-versed with ad tech ecosystem; experience in acquiring publishers a big plus.

  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans.

  • Advantage: vast experience working in different media agencies. 

  • Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking.

  • Proactive with a drive to constantly look for opportunities.

  • Excellent English – a must. (Oral & Written).  

  • Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve issues.

  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies.
