My client is a global media platform connect to the world’s top publishers and reach billions of audience every month. They are expanding their Singapore office and are currently looking for a Head of Performance to drive sales through performance growth across all key partners (agencies & advertisers).

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll become an APAC performance specialist – Supporting and working with internal teams to provide best practices, advice on strategies and activations.

  • Manage APAC pipeline and working closely with Sales & VP Business Development to maintain/overachieve sales goals.

  • Collaborate with sales & strategic accounts team to upsell products to the existing client base, at the same time, identify new opportunities and offer to clients.

  • Work closely with the Performance Account Executive to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create upselling opportunities.

  • Identify new leads & prospecting across the performance landscape by working with the sales team.

  • Share field knowledge and experience with internal teams to improve and grow performance offerings.

  • Pitching to clients as well as running internal training on performance offerings.

  • Develop and implement new strategies to drive growth across the APAC markets.

  • Lead performance products as well as design to enhance offerings both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background with a minimum of 5 years with Performance buyers in the market.

  • Deep knowledge of Performance Advertising and Digital Landscape (including programmatic).

  • Extensive understanding of video outstream USP

  • Strong established network and contacts within performance marketing teams/companies.

  • Must have digital media experience, especially within performance advertising.

  • Strong technical understanding of the Digital Advertising industry; previous experience in an Operational/AM role is ideal

  • Leadership/management experience preferred.
