HR Talent Partner -Workplace Innovation is a crucial position for my client’s growth and attaining company objectives. Working collaboratively with the Director, the HR Talent Partner Workplace Innovation, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in the APAC and China markets. Everything you will do will be to attract and create positive, memorable experiences for candidates, employees, and management right from the initial sourcing and introduction stages through the employee cycle.

The chosen candidate will be participating in building the HR department by helping implement key initiatives that support the continued success of the company. The noteworthy HR Talent Partner should support HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations for employees and management, help contribute to attaining business goals and promote good HR practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruiting strategy while partnering with hiring managers to

  • determine staffing needs

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

  • Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes and policies

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

  • Screen candidates resume and job applications

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to

  • filter candidates within schedule

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the

  • selection process

  • Planning strategic HR initiatives

  • Collaborating in the HR orientation and onboarding processes

  • Maintaining staff relations

  • Updating Hivestack policies and best practices

  • Help to retain our talented workforce by advocating a fulfilling career path

  • Help in creating workshops to support management

  • Ensuring compliance and regulations

  • Provide analytical on turn over and other KPI

  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

You will be working on:

  • Bamboo HR as our HRIS including performance management

  • Greenhouse as our ATS

  • Any experience with project management would be an asset

  • Google drive and email

  • Linkedin recruiter

  • Precipio as LMS

You must have:

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or any related discipline

  • An HR Designation is a nice to have

  • A min of 5 years of professional experience is required to perform in this position

  • Proven work experience as a HR Generalist

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency

  • recruiter)

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate

  • Management Systems (CMS)

  • Have good understanding of business functions

  • Hands-on experience with HR Databases, as well as Human Resource Information

  • Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English, Mandarin or

  • Cantonese preferred and other languages is a nice to have
