Agency Group Head - Adtech

Base salary of up to £60K - £70K + comms + benefits

My client is an international native video ad tech company looking for a well connected International Sales Account Director initially remotely based but post pandemic based in our client’s London office. Our client's tech allows them to get industry leading engagement on behalf of their advertisers. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic agency sales lead to join our team to oversee major multi market deals. Candidates must have an extensive understanding of online media, native ads, display, deep agency contacts and 5 years + years of successful media sales experience. The candidate must be results oriented and committed to achieving sales goals. It's also vital that candidates have experience of working with International agencies and structuring pan-euro and pan-global deals.


  • Take ownership of growing revenue from International agency patch

  • Own patch and pitch senior clients, agency and marketing decision makers

  • Consultative sell in terms of using data and research to build persuasive sales arguments

  • Individually drive new business across multiple advertisers.

  • Rep a designated agency patch carrying out sales related activity including presentations, RFP’s, client entertainment and more.

  • Cultivate excellent relationships with agency and client contacts to gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions for their marketing and advertising goals

  • Present and pitch suitable solutions from our clients portfolio to match the client and advertiser’s marketing needs and business goals

  • Support Sales Leadership in developing, managing, and executing strategic sales opportunities


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling online advertising

  • Existing black book of International media agency contacts and / or clients

  • History of exceeding sales targets

  • Must have strong list of agency contacts at agencies

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be a highly motivated team player.

  • Must be a consultative seller

  • PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and Word / MS Office skills a must
