We are seeking an experienced commercial lead for a heritage Digital Publisher in their Digital Media team. They produce culturally engaging content that entertains worldwide

The Job:

  • Pitch complex cross platform branded content partnerships solutions globally within a high performing sales team

  • Reporting to the Head of Digital Sales

  • Strong client-direct and agency blackbook

  • Selling across their extensive portfolio of highly coveted titles

  • In depth knowledge of the international media

  • Proven success in Digital Ad Sales and knowledge of Digital Marketing eco-system

  • Tenacious, entrepreneurial, innovative


  • Prioritise commercial opportunities within the portfolio

  • Build long term partnerships internationally with clients and agencies

  • Partner with cross functional teams (Content, marketing, product, account management)

  • Consistently exceed sales targets

  • Create persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends, insights and case studies

  • Streamline processes, develop and promote working best practices

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • Ongoing team development and training

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Substantial Marketing & Advertising Sales experience

  • Deep knowledge of the media industry and landscape

  • Valuable contacts at a client and agency level

  • Collaborative approach with cross functional teams

  • Ability to work with multi-regional cross-functional teams

  • Business travel required
