Agency Sales Manager - Contextual & Creative AdTech Business:

I'm searching for a superstar agency sales manager to sell to international teams in UK marketing agencies. This will be a good opportunity to work with some top tier brands and clients. You'll be inheriting a warm patch of clients (patch worth over £1.3M worth of clients and media spend)

and opportunities to make serious money, while working for a progressive company!

The context / company / product:

We are living in an age where privacy is the big debate in Online Advertising. Cookies are disappearing forever and the overall trend is moving towards a 'privacy first' internet.

I'm partnered with a business who understands this better than most and who realise that we need to puts consumers' privacy first. They help serve consumers relevant advertising and tailored online experiences via an understanding of the context of the content you're consuming rather than stalking you're online data.

Their product can analyse the context of a webpage in a level of detail which is almost to the same standard as the human eye. With image analysis, word analysis, facial recognition analysis, contextual analysis and an understanding of where your eye is likely to be drawn and where you're attention will be focused, they can then serve ads relevant to the context of the audience of that page and you're interests and put them exactly where you're most likely to interact and engage with, using their understanding of human psychology and using stunning creative formats to make ads interactive and fun and to drive results. All of this while protecting brand safety and ensuring ads aren't put alongside, disturbing or unsafe content which could damage a brands reputation.

The role:

The International Agency Sales Manager is an IC sales role responsible for prospecting and closing sales in their Market Leading Advertising platform. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll develop key relationships and lead strategy with agencies and brands who are planning international campaigns from the UK.

They expect the successful candidate to cultivate value for their clients through their products & have extensive contacts across international media planner – buyers in the UK.

You'll be a highly driven individual who's able to work with internal teams and will be committed to hitting & exceeding sales goals while growing their products in their allocated agency patch. Ideally, you'll have minimum 3+ year’s experience in Digital Sales or Media Agency side.

Experience

  • 3 years of solid selling digital advertising campaigns.

  • Must have good sales experience and a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in both Managed I/O & Programmatic solutions.

  • Good reputation across the industry and an amazing network of contacts.
