Our client is looking for an Junior Analyst to join their marketing team. The position will require you to understand the business objectives of clients, identifying opportunities to add value, and having the ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) to implement digital solutions and drive outcomes for the client.
Assess clients’ existing digital analytics maturity against stated business objectives.
Perform GAP analysis and identify opportunities to uplift analytics capabilities.
Scope realistic project timings and deliverables
Presentation of project recommendation
Strategy & design:
Identification of explicit and implicit business objectives
Tailor measurement approach to clients’ business objectives and work within existing analytics initiatives
Experimental design and A/B testing frameworks
Design digital data collection blueprint
Identification and collation of data sources
Architecture of platform integrations
Visualisation of solution architecture
Website & media tagging strategy
Consideration of any and all reporting & insights requirements
Thoughts towards long-term futureproofing solution
Liaise with IT teams on front-end website development.
Implementation of website and media tagging via a tag management solution.
QA of implementation – not only data integrity but the degree to which the solution achieves business objectives.
End-to-end construction of client reporting dashboards
Lead client-facing presentations & training sessions.
Navigate relationship with clients’ existing agencies
Set expectations on outcomes and deliverables
Keep clients informed on technology and industry updates
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/WHO YOU ARE:
Deployment experience with Google Analytics (360), Adobe Analytics, Google Optimize,
Working knowledge of data visualisation products such as Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio.
An understanding of tag management systems
Demonstrated ability to lead in-person client meetings
Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights
1+ years in analytics, business insights, ad operations, or programmatic media buying.
Solid understanding of digital media buying and measurement preferred
Undergraduate degree in quantitative field.
