(Senior) Customer Success Manager, DACH

We've partnered with a scaling programmatic SaaS technology business who are looking to add commercial, yet technical talent to their international customer success division.
The product itself has huge potential, allowing big brand advertisers to buy hyper-targeted and location based programmatic ads at scale. Imagine you're an advertiser who has a unique offer, bespoke to a particular location and need your ads to be seen by the right people in the right location, but quickly? Well, that's the product on offer.
They've recently moved to a self-service model and have a backlog of clients awaiting to be onboarded and ready to be set up. (These clients are all household names). That coincided with a new leadership team, they will be a tech business to watch in 2021/2022.
So what's the role really about & do I have the right skills?
You'll be onboarding & managing clients on a day to day basis. Ensuring there journey and lifecycle with the business continues & renews.
You'll be the clients point person, for day-to-day requests but also offering solutions on a technical level.
Talking of technical, you'll need to have had experience in campaign management or (programmatic) ad ops within a publisher, adtech vendor or media agency to fulfill this role.
In charge of engagement, customer growth & retention for the German & DACH Region. Meaning you have the scope to own the market and eventually step into the Head of Customer Success position.
A background in DV360, The Trade Desk or any other DSP will be handy in helping engage customers & provide detailed insight into the products potential.
Outside of that, you'll just need to have been client facing & know how to educate, engage & grow accounts (be it currently a tech vendor or media agency).
