Our client is a leading programmatic, data and ad-tech unit of a new world agency group. They are looking for a Programmatic Manager (Addressable Activation) to join their growing Singapore team. You would join a large team of specialists and gain the opportunity to learn across a wide range of digital channels, outside of your own specialism.

They’re looking for a programmatic expert with hands on experience trading social and programmatic across Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk and DV360 with a strong understanding of the Google marketing stack is compulsory. Experience across other DSPs including Amobee, Adform and social platforms such as 4C is preferable. A strong understanding of data capabilities, inventory, tech partners and publishers across both Singapore and APAC region is required, utilising your experience to guide clients to the best approach and new opportunities. Knowledge and experience with DMP’s, Analytics, DCO and reporting automation/data visualisation is preferred.

• Manage multiple stakeholders and expectations across competing priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Direct overall optimisation strategy and act as point of escalation for performance and pacing issues.

• Conduct regular monitoring of campaign; performance, pacing and discrepancies and hold team accountable.

• Lead planning, strategic thinking and elaborate optimization tactics across your team.

• Manage, implement and oversee campaign best practice and correct set up in platform with QA and accountability across all activity.

• Manage bespoke PMP marketplace and deal creation for your clients working closely with Magna, DSP partners and direct publishers.

• Identify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points.

• Monitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time completion and targets achieved.


• 5+ years industry experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree

• High level of technical & executional capability across programmatic tools & systems.

• Strong excel skills, data visualisation, charting and analysis.

• Analytical strength in providing insight and media solutions alongside this.

• Effective communication with clients and colleagues with an ability to simplify the complicated and over communicate details with confidence.

• Interpersonal and people management skills both internally and with client.

• Teamwork, ability to delegate, motivate and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work as an individual as part of a broader team of programmatic experts.

• Strong project and time management skills with ability to delegate and follow up.

• Professionalism - accountable, dependable with a commitment to quality.

• Strategic vision with proven experience building and growing programmatic accounts.
