This start up, based in San Diego, are looking to hire multiple roles and are on the lookout for a Manager, Engagement & Retention (CRM).
This role has end-to-end responsibilities when it comes to engaging and retaining audiences. You will be working closely with the Director of Engagement to plan and drive customer engagement and retention strategy, you understand how to automate and set up for scale. You will drive strategy and execution of organization’s CRM to all key audiences (consumers, B2B, etc).
You are a creative content writer and a wizard with Salesforce. You have an advanced understanding of CRM technologies focused on email & push, as well as a deep understanding of web & app-based analytics and technical tracking.
2+ years’ experience as a CRM Manager at a consumer subscription business or similar
Possessed a strong communication and presentation skills
Must have experience with retention channels such as email marketing and mobile push
